Position: Community Engagement Specialist

Are you passionate about driving positive change in the community? New Reach is looking for a Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be a key player in forging relationships with key stakeholders and community members to increase awareness of our programs and services. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse groups to implement initiatives that create lasting impact.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and organizations
Plan and execute community engagement events and initiatives
Create engaging content for outreach campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to support program goals
Evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or related field
Prior experience in community engagement or outreach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Passion for social impact and advocacy
