Position Overview

The Multicultural Engagement Specialist will be responsible for developing strategies and initiatives that promote effective outreach, communication, and relationship-building with various cultural groups. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Outreach: Develop and implement a comprehensive multicultural outreach plan that resonates with different community groups, ensuring that our services are accessible and relevant.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Multicultural Engagement Specialist position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Cultural Studies, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in community engagement, multicultural marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Cultural Knowledge: Deep understanding of cultural dynamics and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
