Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to engage audiences and enhance the museum experience
- Oversee all aspects of museum outreach, including digital and social media platforms
- Collaborate with curators and educators to create compelling and educational content
- Lead initiatives to increase visitor participation and community involvement

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Art History, Museum Studies, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a museum or cultural institution setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of developing successful engagement strategies
