KZN Blind and Deaf Society Skills Development Center is dedicated to empowering individuals with visual and hearing impairments through innovative skills training and support services.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as an Empowerment Facilitator. As an Empowerment Facilitator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering transformative training programs that empower our community members to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored skills training programs
- Empower individuals with disabilities to acquire new skills and knowledge
- Provide mentorship and support to ensure personal and professional growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create inclusive learning environments
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make continuous improvements
Requirements:
- Passion for empowering individuals with visual and hearing impairments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment
- Qualification in a related field is preferred
