As a Wellness Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing wellness programs that promote physical and mental well-being among our team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate wellness initiatives and activities tailored to employees' needs and interests.
Organize fitness classes, workshops, and health-focused events to encourage healthy lifestyle choices.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote wellness campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and activities.

Requirements:

Passion for health, wellness, and promoting a positive work environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and engage with colleagues at all levels.
Previous experience in event planning or employee wellness programs is a plus.
