Big Sky Resort is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Specialist. This pivotal role focuses on fostering connections and partnerships within our local community, further enhancing our commitment to serving the people of Montana.

The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, be passionate about community outreach, and have a deep understanding of the social impact of our initiatives. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to strengthen our relationships with local organizations, governmental bodies, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Forge meaningful partnerships with community organizations and nonprofits.
Collaborate with local government agencies to support community development initiatives.
Organize and participate in community events and outreach programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement efforts and propose improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in community engagement or nonprofit work.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
