About the Role

The Strategic Narrative Architect will play a pivotal role in orchestrating how Orion Health’s story is communicated internally and externally. This role demands a masterful storyteller with an innate understanding of audience perspectives and a flair for crafting persuasive, clear, and impactful messaging that aligns with our mission and values. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Messaging Development: Design, develop, and refine compelling narratives that articulate Orion Health’s vision, innovations, and value propositions across multiple platforms.
Content Leadership: Guide the creation of high-impact content including speeches, presentations, feature stories, and leadership communications that align with organizational objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product development, corporate affairs, and executive teams to ensure coherent and consistent storytelling that supports brand integrity and business goals.
Audience Insight Integration: Conduct research and analysis to understand audience dynamics, tailoring narratives to resonate with clients, partners, government entities, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
Brand Voice Stewardship: Uphold and evolve Orion Health’s brand voice guidelines, ensuring clarity, authenticity, and engagement throughout all communication channels.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, communication technologies, and narrative techniques that can advance how Orion Health’s stories are told and received.
Leadership Communication Support: Coach and support senior leaders in delivering impactful messages, keynotes, and public statements with confidence and clarity.
Measurement & Optimization: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication initiatives and continuously refine approaches for maximum impact.

About You

You are a skilled communicator with a strategic mindset and deep empathy for diverse audiences. Your exceptional writing and conceptual skills enable you to transform complex information into clear, engaging, and persuasive narratives. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in crafting strategic narratives, content strategy, or a related storytelling field within dynamic organizations.
Demonstrated ability to create integrated communication strategies that align with organizational goals and address varied audience needs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
Strong project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Experience working in or with technology-focused companies, especially within healthcare or complex technical environments, is highly advantageous.
Proactive and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
