Position Overview: Community Engagement and Wellness Specialist
As a Community Engagement and Wellness Specialist at Meridian Health Plan, you will serve as a vital link between the organization and the communities we support. Your responsibilities will not only include outreach and education but also advocacy and collaboration with various partners to improve health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
