Monitor and evaluate community feedback to continuously improve engagement efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in community engagement or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
