Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Engagement Specialist who will play a central role in cultivating and managing relationships that align with our organizational vision. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance stakeholder engagement and promote sustainable partnerships within cultural and related sectors.
Conduct comprehensive market and audience analyses to identify opportunities for growth and innovative collaboration.
Design and execute outreach programs and events that foster dialogue between diverse communities and cultural institutions.
Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and innovation strategies.
Manage project lifecycles, including planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting, while maintaining adherence to regulatory frameworks and cultural standards.
Contribute to the development of strategic communication materials aimed at increasing visibility and engagement among key demographics.
Monitor industry developments and cultural policies relevant to Europe and Berlin, advising leadership on implications for growth and engagement.

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree in Business Administration, Cultural Management, European Studies, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in strategic development, partnership management, or business growth roles, preferably within cultural or creative sectors.
Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder relationship management and negotiation.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable strategies.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and deadlines.
Familiarity with regulatory environments affecting public sector cultural administration is an asset.
