Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research on existing laws and regulations impacting our business operations.
Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Develop and implement compliance strategies and programs.
Monitor and audit operations to identify areas of non-compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance issues and develop solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in regulatory compliance or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
