Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to join our team as the Director of Sustainable Agriculture Initiatives. This pivotal role involves spearheading strategic initiatives that support and advance organic farming practices within our region.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable agriculture programs and projects
Collaborate with local farmers, government agencies, and industry partners
Conduct research on innovative farming techniques and technologies
Advocate for policies that promote organic farming practices
Organize educational workshops and outreach events
Manage a team of professionals and volunteers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
Proven experience in sustainable agriculture or environmental advocacy
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and networking abilities
Passion for promoting organic farming and environmental sustainability
