Guest Experience Specialist

As a Guest Experience Specialist at Sycamore Lodge Resort, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and enjoy a pleasant stay. Your duties will include assisting guests with inquiries, managing reservations, and providing information about our resort amenities and local attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival
Handling reservations and check-ins
Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly
Providing information about resort facilities and nearby attractions
Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation

Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
