Are you passionate about promoting physical and mental well-being? Egilsstadir Community Martial Arts Center is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Wellness Enthusiast. As a Wellness Enthusiast, you will play a crucial role in assisting our members on their journey towards holistic wellness and self-improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized guidance to members on physical fitness routines
- Lead group meditation and mindfulness sessions
- Organize wellness workshops and seminars
- Create customized wellness plans tailored to individual needs
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment within the center
Qualifications:
- Passion for health and wellness
- Experience in martial arts or fitness training preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in yoga, meditation, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and individual settings
