The North Carolina Society of Enrolled Agents is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Compliance and Advocacy. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and a passion for advocating on behalf of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with tax regulations and standards.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to keep the organization informed and prepared.
- Advocate for our members' interests in legislative and regulatory processes.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to promote the mission and goals of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Enrolled Agent certification preferred.
