We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at Ostsee-Zeitung in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Germany. As a Sustainability Manager, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to social responsibility and environmental care.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainability strategies in alignment with company values
Monitor and assess environmental impact of company operations
Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainable practices
Stay updated on relevant legislation and industry trends
Create reports on environmental performance and progress towards sustainability goals

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
Proven experience in sustainability management
Strong understanding of environmental policies and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
