Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead team-building outdoor activities to promote wellness and engagement within the company.
- Develop and implement wellness programs that resonate with our team members' diverse needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create a culture of health and fitness in the workplace.
- Provide guidance and resources to support employees in their individual wellness journeys.
Qualifications:
- Passion for fostering a healthy lifestyle and promoting physical activity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members effectively.
