Sölvesborgs Hembygdsförening, located in the beautiful Blekinge län region of Sweden, is seeking a visionary Cultural Engagement Director to join our dynamic team.

Your Role:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to engage diverse audiences through a variety of mediums.
Curate cultural events, exhibitions, and initiatives that promote inclusivity and dialogue.
Collaborate with local artists, storytellers, and community leaders to amplify diverse voices.
Utilize digital platforms and traditional media channels to enhance our outreach and impact.
Monitor trends in cultural communication and adapt our approach to reflect evolving needs.

Requirements:

A deep appreciation for different cultures and a commitment to promoting diversity.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from various backgrounds.
Experience in project management, event coordination, or community engagement.
Proficiency in multimedia storytelling, content creation, or public relations.
Fluency in Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus.
