Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainable environmental strategies and initiatives across our senior living communities.
- Conduct detailed environmental assessments and audits to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Manage environmental protection programs and initiatives to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive environmental sustainability best practices throughout the organization.
- Provide training and guidance to staff members on environmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in the senior living industry.
