We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Coastal Conservation Specialist. This role involves working on the forefront of environmental stewardship in the stunning Balearic Islands. As a Coastal Conservation Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, planning, and implementing initiatives to protect and preserve our coastal ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting field surveys to assess the health of coastal environments
Developing and executing conservation projects in collaboration with local communities
Monitoring and evaluating the impact of conservation efforts
Advocating for sustainable practices and policies to safeguard coastal resources
Engaging with stakeholders to raise awareness about environmental issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or higher degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Geography, or related field
Proven experience in environmental research and project management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for environmental conservation and sustainability
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
