Ayuntamiento de Écija, located in the vibrant region of Andalusia, is looking for a dedicated individual to join us in our mission to make a positive impact on the community while championing environmental sustainability. We are currently seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to work closely with various stakeholders and citizens to enhance the well-being of our city.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement programs and initiatives.
- Forge strong partnerships with local organizations and residents to address community needs.
- Organize events and projects that promote social responsibility and environmental awareness.
- Collaborate with government officials to ensure effective communication and participation in municipal activities.
- Evaluate the impact of community projects and propose improvements for future initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community outreach, stakeholder engagement, or similar roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Passionate about social responsibility, sustainability, and making a difference in the community.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
