Saxony-Anhalt Motors is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Sustainability Specialist. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving sustainability initiatives and promoting environmental stewardship within our company.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to reduce our carbon footprint and minimize environmental impact.
Conduct environmental assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate eco-friendly practices into business operations.
Research and recommend innovative solutions for sustainable energy usage and waste management.
Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or related field.
Proven experience in sustainability practices, environmental management, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
