Position Available: Agricultural Conservation Specialist

Location: North West Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, South Africa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting environmental impact assessments
  • Developing and implementing conservation strategies
  • Monitoring and analyzing geological data
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to promote environmental stewardship
  • Providing expertise on land rehabilitation and soil conservation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Geology, or related field
  • Proven experience in environmental or agricultural conservation
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and policies
