Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement strategies for employee development and training programs
Identify skill gaps and create initiatives to address them through training and mentorship
Collaborate with department heads to understand skill requirements and design targeted recruitment strategies
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven experience in talent development, training, or a related function
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Passion for promoting a positive work culture and employee development
