Your Role:
- Build meaningful connections with seniors and their families, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Coordinate wellness programs and activities that promote physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
- Ensure a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere by overseeing the facility's aesthetics and ambiance.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance the overall wellness experience for our residents.
- Experience in hospitality, senior care, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards seniors.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to dynamic healthcare environments.
