We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join the Alaska Native Justice Center family as a Community Engagement Coordinator. Our organization deeply values social responsibility and environmental stewardship, and we are committed to serving the indigenous communities of Alaska. As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in bridging connections, fostering partnerships, and advancing meaningful initiatives that benefit our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase awareness and participation in our programs
Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to create impactful partnerships
Organize events, workshops, and outreach activities to promote community empowerment
Evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement efforts and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience in community outreach, project coordination, or related roles
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups
Passion for social justice, advocacy, and community development
Knowledge of Alaska Native communities is a plus
