We are excited to announce an incredible opportunity to be a part of the innovative and dynamic team at Louisville Ballet! We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Community Engagement Director to join us in our mission to inspire and engage our community through the art of dance. As the Community Engagement Director, you will play a pivotal role in building meaningful relationships with diverse community stakeholders, promoting the arts, and driving impactful change.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies to foster inclusivity and cultural enrichment.
Cultivate partnerships with local organizations, schools, and businesses to expand outreach and participation in ballet programs.
Lead initiatives to increase accessibility to ballet performances and educational opportunities for underserved populations.
Collaborate with internal teams to align community engagement efforts with organizational goals and values.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in community outreach, program development, and stakeholder engagement within the arts or nonprofit sector.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively, and drive positive impact within a community setting.
