Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to engage and empower local communities
- Forge partnerships with stakeholders to advocate for social welfare initiatives
- Organize outreach events and campaigns to raise awareness and promote civic participation
- Analyze community feedback and data to inform policy recommendations
- Collaborate with governmental agencies and nonprofits to drive impactful projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Social Sciences, or relevant field
- Proven experience in community organizing or advocacy work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for social justice and making a difference in society
