Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote cultural awareness and inclusion within the organization.
- Organize cultural exchange programs and events to celebrate diversity.
- Provide support and resources to ensure a welcoming environment for employees from different cultural backgrounds.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate diversity and inclusivity into company policies and practices.
- Facilitate training sessions on cultural competency and sensitivity for staff members.
Qualifications:
- Strong passion for promoting diversity and multiculturalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
- Fluency in multiple languages is desirable.
