Position: Product Specialist – Wellness & Personal Care

We are currently seeking an experienced Product Specialist to join our dynamic research and development division. This role entails driving innovation and ensuring the highest standards in our offerings targeted at improving daily wellness routines.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate product development phases, from conceptualization to market launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including formulation experts, quality assurance, marketing, and supply chain to optimize product performance and market readiness.
Conduct in-depth market analyses and monitor emerging trends to identify opportunities for innovative formulations and delivery systems.
Manage quality control processes, ensuring all products comply with stringent safety and efficacy guidelines.
Develop detailed documentation, technical reports, and product specifications supporting regulatory submissions and internal audits.
Provide training and technical support to sales and customer service teams to enhance product knowledge and customer experience.
Participate in sustainability initiatives aiming to reduce environmental impact through eco-friendly packaging and formulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a closely related field.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in product development or quality assurance within sectors focusing on personal care, wellness solutions, or analogous industries.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance related to health-oriented consumer products.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient in project management and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
