We are seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as Community Health Advocates. At FLIRCH, we are dedicated to improving the well-being of communities across Lombardy through innovative research and community health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with local communities to assess their health needs and concerns
Develop and implement health education programs and initiatives
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and government agencies to promote community health
Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of community health interventions
Advocate for policies that support public health and community well-being

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Community Health, or related field
Proven experience in community health outreach and advocacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Passion for promoting health equity and improving community health outcomes
