Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote civic involvement and participation.
Organize outreach events, meetings, and programs to facilitate productive interactions with the community.
Foster relationships with stakeholders, NGOs, and local organizations to strengthen community partnerships.
Collect feedback, analyze data, and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to align community engagement efforts with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in community outreach, project management, or public relations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Passion for community development and citizen empowerment.
