Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve community health outcomes
- Establish partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance healthcare access
- Lead a diverse team of professionals dedicated to advancing public health
- Drive research projects aimed at addressing key health disparities in the region
- Oversee the evaluation of program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in public health, healthcare management, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful leadership in healthcare or nonprofit organizations
- Experience working in community health initiatives and addressing social determinants of health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive impactful change
