Position: Ambassador of Social Impact Initiatives

Location: Schaffhausen, Switzerland

Job Description:

Lead and develop impactful social impact initiatives aimed at benefiting local communities and the environment
Collaborate with external partners and NGOs to drive positive change and support charitable causes
Implement strategies to promote sustainability practices within the company and throughout our supply chain
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of social impact programs and provide regular reports to management
Engage with stakeholders, employees, and customers to raise awareness and participation in social responsibility efforts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences)
Proven experience in managing social impact projects or programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about making a positive difference in the world
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
