As a Community Wellness Coordinator at Allamanda Private Hospital, you will have the opportunity to foster a supportive environment for individuals from all walks of life. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement programs that promote overall wellness and mental health awareness within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with community organizations to create wellness initiatives
Organize workshops and events focused on mental health education
Assess the needs of diverse populations to tailor wellness programs accordingly
Engage with individuals to build a culture of inclusivity and support
Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or a related field
Experience in community engagement and program development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of mental health issues and wellness promotion
Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment
