Role Overview:

Coordinate community outreach programs and initiatives
Develop and implement engagement strategies to promote social interaction and inclusion
Collaborate with local partners and organizations to maximize impact
Organize events and activities tailored to the unique needs of seniors

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate communication between staff, volunteers, and seniors
Advocate for the needs and interests of the senior community
Create a welcoming and inviting environment for all participants
Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback for program improvement

Qualifications:

Passion for community service and social engagement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
Experience in event planning or community outreach is a plus
