Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our thriving campus team at BCIT Aerospace Technology Campus. As a Community Engagement Specialist, your primary focus will be to build and maintain strong relationships within the local community, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies
Coordinate outreach events and initiatives
Collaborate with local organizations to promote campus initiatives
Manage communication channels to ensure effective relationship-building
Analyze feedback and data to support continuous improvement in community engagement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in community engagement or public relations roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
