We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team at The Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation in beautiful New Brunswick, Canada. As the Director of Community Engagement and Development, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission and furthering our impact in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to engage with the community and key stakeholders
- Oversee fundraising efforts to support the hospital's initiatives and projects
- Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to enhance philanthropic support
- Lead a team to execute successful outreach programs and events
- Collaborate with internal departments to align fundraising goals with organizational objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Nonprofit Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, community engagement, or nonprofit leadership
- Proven track record of successful donor cultivation and fundraising campaigns
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and foster collaboration
