The Role

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in risk management, insurance, or a related field. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has exceptional communication skills. Specific qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk assessment or insurance, preferably within sectors vital to rural economies.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships.
